Cricket is a national game of India. Cricket has a strong impact on the people in India and it’s the most popular game in the country. There will be lots of cricket tournaments held in colleges like JAIN University. There are so many young talents which emerge from these tournaments. Cricket has created many historical memories in India.

Back in 80’s no one knew about the game in India. When British came to rule India they also brought cricket sporting enthuses with them. As British hospitalized India for a very long time Indians started to grasp the knowledge of the sport. Tough British left the country, eventually the spirit of cricket crept upon Indians. This resulted in the energetic tournaments in colleges like JAIN university and upcoming npat 2018 events.

Cricket brings the sporting enthusiasm in every students’ life and they consider cricket as their passion. For example, cricket tournament in JAIN university help students to express the true sporting zest. India started playing international cricket before the declaration of independence. There are lot of true legends in the cricketing field which impress youth to pursue cricket as their career.

Till now India has won two cricket world cups - one in the year 1983 and second in 2009. India’s passion towards cricket made one of the most talented cricketers in the world, named as God of Cricket. Cricket helps to improve your physical strength. As we know cricket is called as gentleman's game. The players respect each other in cricket and appreciate the effort of the opponents as well. Due to the psyche towards cricket there are so many domestic tournament conducted in India.

Indian Premier League is the biggest hit worldwide. Where players from other countries collaborate together into same teams, it helps to build the relationship between countries and new talent will be unleashed. There are three formats which comes under cricket - test matches, one day matches and t20 matches. Due to the affection in people for cricket in India, the sport has become an iconic event in the country. In 2017 India was ranked as the top cricket team in the world.
